We've all seen the popular book covers change over time and for different reasons. Sometimes we like them more while the rest we wish they would have just left them alone. And buying these beautiful books also means spending money. Movies This is a popular one. The book to movie adaptation comes out and wha bam! New book cover! There are a few I find ok or even just as good such as the cover for Paper Towns or Hunger Games . However, I didn't like the changes for the Divergent series or The Fault in Our Stars . If the cover is going to change for a movie, I want it to be good. Anniversaries A book celebrates its anniversary, and the covers are redone in honor of that. Percy Jackson and the Olympians  looks cool, but I personally like the old covers better. The same goes for the newer  Harry Potter.  The scene the spines form are a cool touch. School of Deaths  is a fantasy young adult book written by Christopher Mannino. This is the first installment in The Scythe Wielder's Secret. Susan Sarnio is essentially kidnapped and taken to the World of Deaths. She is the only girl because females are frowned upon. Suzie is mistreated by her teachers and many of the students who all expect her to fail. Despite this, she is determined to pass the final test and return home. However, along the way several plots are uncovered as well as the fact she might have been brought to the strange, fantastical world for a reason. Suzie also faces the fact that home is not always what it seems. I love how right from the beginning I was pulled in by the book and did not want to stop reading. The buildup to most of the adventures is excellent. I had a lot of questions that I wanted answered right away, but patience was required because they were all answered when I finished the book. We've all had some form of writing to do before, whether it be an essay, book, or presentation. No matter which project it is, and even though they're done over and over, we fall into the same old habits. Here are some tips that will hopefully make your writing experience easier. Tip 1 : Have a schedule. Telling yourself "I'll get this done and that done" doesn't show many results, at least from my experience. However, if I write something down on paper and plan my time, I'm more likely to actually get it accomplished. It also feels more official, and I certainly don't like to keep anything official waiting. Tip 2 : Don't Procrastinate. This also goes back to tip 1. Hopefully a schedule should help with this. If you were planning on going to a movie, but you're project isn't as far along as it should be, that trip might just need to be put off. Tip 3 : Give yourself a deadline. Life Behind the Wall is written by Robert Elmer and is Christian juvenile historical fiction. It is a set and includes three books Candy Bombers, Beetle Bunker, and Smuggler's Treasure. All three of the books follow one family's story in Berlin, Germany from after World War II to after the Iron Curtain came down. Candy Bombers  is about real candy drops that happened over East Berlin. Beetle Bunker follows a thirteen year old girl who finds a underground bunker, and eventually uses it to help her family escape. Smuggler's Treasure takes place in 1989. The third generation family member ends up uncovering deep secrets from her family's history and sees the wall be torn down. I really enjoyed reading the series. It kept me intrigued the majority of the time. These are great stories packed with action and history. I managed to learn a few things while reading. German was used, which was a cool experience because a bit of their culture was experienced. Elmer always
